SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note orders are only processed on weekdays (this does not include bank holidays). If you need your order urgently please contact me and I will do my best to meet your requirements.
I will make every effort to post orders within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and I will endeavour to keep you updated about the status of your order during such occasions.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and will require a signature on arrival. Estimated delivery times scales are:
U.K Delivery – 1-3 working days
Europe – 4-7 working days
Rest of the World – 5-10 working days
Please be aware that orders may take longer than the above timescales to arrive depending on the customs in the destination country.
Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel arrives at its destination country, I am not responsible for paying these and must be paid for by the customer
If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order and return it to me within 3 weeks of the order being received. Please return using tracked postage but please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I cannot be responsible for return shipping costs unless the order is incorrect or faulty.
Once I have received it back I will issue a full refund back to the original method of payment
Items must be returned in the same, original condition that they were delivered to you in.
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
